RFect小核酸轉染試劑是國際知名科學家崔坤元博士領導我公司研發團隊在美國西雅圖實驗室研發成功的一種新型的小核酸轉染試劑。RFect可用來轉染siRNA、miRNA mimics、miRNA inhibitor 等200bp以內的小分子RNA,轉染細胞包括絕大多數貼壁生長的細胞,如一般細胞株、腫瘤細胞株等。目前,無論國外還是國內,轉染試劑的主要成分均為脂質體或聚乙烯亞胺(Polyethylenimine, PEI),這兩種成分都具有很大的細胞毒性,并且轉染效果不好。RFect采用新型的動物源性的納米材料,毒性很低并且擁有非常卓越的轉染性能。與其它品牌的小核酸轉染試劑相比,RFect的細胞轉染陽性率一般在90%以上,Lamin A/C 基因抑制效率在95%以上,而其它品牌轉染試劑的細胞轉染陽性率一般不超過70%,Lamin A/C 基因抑制效率不超過75%。RFect細胞毒性很低,轉染細胞死亡率不到10%,而其它品牌試劑的轉染細胞死亡率一般在30%以上。血清對轉染效果沒有影響,不必刻意添加或更換培養液。本產品適用于細胞株轉染,原代細胞轉染,請選擇RFectPM小核酸轉染試劑。

產品特點

· 卓越的細胞轉染性能:細胞轉染陽性率高達90%以上,基因敲除效果明顯,A549細胞Lamin A/C 基因敲除效率在95%以上;

· 極低的細胞毒性:轉染細胞死亡率不到10%,大大降低了因細胞毒性對實驗結果的影響;

· 轉染細胞范圍廣,絕大多數貼壁細胞株都能獲得比較理想的轉染結果。

 Fig..3.RFect siRNA transfection reagent offers high level of gene knockdown with low toxicity. A549 cell lines were transfected with Lamin A/C siRNA (final concentration: 10nM) using RFect siRNA transfection reagent. RFect concentrations added to the cells  exceeding transfection concentration of 20 times, the cells still do not produce significant toxicity, which makes these product suitable to optimization. Lamin A/C knockdown was measured by qRT-PCR.
